Our Vote was part of the SEB’s Annual Homecoming Debate on September 25th.  The debate between Steve Rendall and Cliff Kincaid was on the role of media in the election process.  KUGR was there streaming it live online at kugr.org. 

Cable 8 videotaped the event for air on their station later in the month.

Here’s a little bit about the panelists-

Steve Rendall studied philosophy and chemistry at San Francisco State University, the College of Notre Dame and UC Berkley. He is FAIR's (Fairness & Accuracy In Reporting) senior analyst. He is a co-host of CounterSpin, FAIR's national radio show. He has appeared on NBC Nightly News, CNN, C-SPAN, CNBC, Fox News, MTV and more.

Cliff Kincaid concentrated in journalism and communication at the University at Toledo, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He currently serves as editor of the Accuracy in Media (AIM) Report. He has appeared on NBC Nightly News, Hannity and Colmes, The O-Reilly Factor, and Scarborough Country.
